INGREDIENTS:

For Cake:
• 4oz Butter
• 4 oz Sugar
• 2 eggs big or 3 small
• Flour 4 oz
• Half tsp Baking powder
• Vanilla Essence half tsp
Coffee 1 and half tsp dissolved in Water
For Icing:
• 3 oz Butter
• 3 oz Sugar
• 2 eggs
Coffee half t.sp dissolved in Water or 2 oz cooking Chocolate.


How to make Bombay Bakery Cake



METHOD:

Add butter and sugar till thick, add well beaten eggs one at a time, sieve maida n Bp and add in a little proportion to the batter. Add vanilla essence. Take a pan 6 inch, Greece it with butter n all purpose flour , put all the batter in the pan and bake in oven for 20 min 350 degrees…..or mark 4
Method:
1. Melt the butter add sugar keep stirring till slightly thick on fire.
2. Remove from fire cool it and then add the well beaten eggs cook till thick.
3. Cool in freezer beat well.
4. Add the melted chocolate or coffee and beat till fluffy.
