|Wash meat and drain water through a strainer.

Grind green coriander, coconut and green chillies finely.|
Add the ground mixture to meat when it becomes half tender. Cook on low flame.|
Once meat is fully tender, roast until oil is separated.|

- Meat: 1/2 kg
- Salt: as per taste
- Ginger Garlic Paste: 2 tbsp
- Onion: 1 large
- Crushed Coconut: 2 tbsp
- Green Coriander: 1 bunch
- Green Chillies: 8 to 10
- Lemon Juice: 2 to 3 tbsp
- Cooking Oil: 1/4 cup
- Clean meat, wash and marinate with salt, ginger garlic and lemon juice
