When oil is heated, add taro and fry. Then put meat in a saucepan and then add
onions, tomatoes, salt, red pepper, turmeric powder, coriander powder, ginger
and garlic and 2 glass water. Cook.
When meat liquid is dried and it is tender, add yogurt and cook well until oil
starts appearing. Then add fried taro and cook for 2 more minutes.
Then add 2 glass water and tenderize taro. As gravy becomes thick, add green
chili and lower flame so that oil comes up.
