Green Chatni Ki Recipe in English
 

Ingredients:

  • White Cumin: 1 spoon
  • Green Coriander: 1/2 bunch
  • Green Chilies: 6 to 7 pcs
  • Mint: 1/2 bunch
  • Tamarind Water: 1 cup
  • Salt: as much you like
  • Raw Mangoes: as much you like

 

Method

  1. Grind all ingredients i.e. mint, green chilies, tamarind water, salt and white cumin in a grinder.
  2. Chatni is ready.
  3. Serve in bowl and enjoy your meal!.

 

Recipe requires little number of ingredients with minimal effort. You need to gather mint leaves, coriander, green chili, white cumin, tamarind, salt and raw mangoes (keri). Green chutney is famous throughout Pakistan for the wonderful taste it comes with. Many Pakistani families always store it at home for regular use with meals.
