Barbecue Samosa Recipe in Urdu

Wash minced meat and place in strainer.

Heat one tablespoon oil in saucepan and add minced meat.
|
|
Now add salt and ginger garlic.
|
|
Once mince is dried, add crushed red chilies.
|
|
Add one glass water to tenderize mince.
|
|
Check if meat is tenderized and water, add chopped coriander, roasted white cumin seeds, all spice powder and mix together. Roast this mixture.

|
Once minced is totally dried, add chopped onions and roast for two minutes.
|
|
Ignite a coal and place on minced meat; put a drop of oil on the coal and cover pan.
|
|
Place keema on samosa shells and fold and close using an egg.
|
|
Barbeque raw samosas are ready.
|
|
Heat oil in pan and fry on low heat.
|
|
Remove from pan when it turn golden brown.
|
|
Delicious BBQ samosay are ready to serve. Enjoy!

Barbeque Samosa Recipe |
Ingredients: - Samosa Sheets: 1/4 kg
- Minced Meat: 1/2 kg (machine-minced)
- Salt: as much required
- Crushed Red Chillies: 1 tbsp
- Crushed Roasted Coriander: 1 tbsp
- Crushed Roasted White Cumin: 1 tbsp
- Ginger Garlic: 1 tbsp
- Onions: 1 tbsp
- Water: 1 glass (or as required)
- Oil: 1 tbsp
- Ground All Spice Powder: 1/2 tsp

Preparation of Samosa Mixture:- Wash minced meat and put in a strainer.
- Heat oil in a pan; once heated, add mince.
- Now add ginger and garlic and mix. Roast minced meat unless it becomes dry.
- Now add crushed red chillies and mix, then add one glass water and cook meat at low flame until it is tenderized.
As it becomes tender and it's liquid evaporates, add coriander, crushed roasted cumin and all spice powder and mix completely and roast mince well. - Once mince is dried and tender fully, add finely chopped onions and cook for 2 minutes. Turn the stove off
(Remember to not to soften onions too much). - Ignite a coal and place over the mince, put a drop of oil and cover the saucepan for 10 minutes. Then discard the
coal. - BBQ samosa mixture is ready.
Samosa Preparation:- Place sufficient amount of mixture on every samosa shell and fold. In order to fold samosa, beat an egg and while
folding samosa, apply hint of egg on the sides of samosa shells. Do it with finger or brush and press the corners to stick them well. - Raw samosa is ready.
How to Fold Samosa Sheet:- Fold corners of samosa sheet in triangular shape; fold one part first then other part.
- Press folded triangular part from the middle and fill with the mixture.
- Hold mince-filled part fully in your hand, apply egg on the sides while folding and press the corners.
- Samosa is ready.
Frying Samosa:- Heat oil in a pan and adjust the stove at low heat. Now deep fry samosas.
- Once samosas are light golden brown in color, remove from the pan.
- Do not fry excessively otherwise samosas will burn.
- Barbeque samosas are ready. Enjoy with tomato ketchup and chutney.
