کٹی کالی مرچ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک چائے کاچمچہ

ترکیب:

ایک پین میں دو سے تین کھانے کے چمچے تیل گرم کر یں ۔اب اس میں 250 گرام چکن کا قیمہ اور دو عدد پیاز سلائس ڈال کر فرائی کر لیں ۔جب پیاز گل جائیں تو اس میں ایک کھانے کا چمچہ ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ ،آدھا چائے کا چمچہ زیرہ ،ایک چائے کا چمچہ کٹی کالی مرچ،ایک چائے کا چمچہ کٹی لال مرچ ،ایک چائے کا چمچہ پسا گرم مصالحہ اور حسبِ ذائقہ نمک ڈال کر اچھی طرح سے بھون لیں ۔اب اس میں آمیزے کو ایک باول میںنکال کر ٹھنڈا ہونے کے لئے ٹھنڈا کر نے کے لئے چھوڑ دیں ۔اس کے بعد رومالی روٹی کو چوکور پیسز کاٹ لیں اور ان میں فلنگ کریں اور کناروں میں ایک سے دو عدد انڈا لگا کر بند کر لیں ۔آخر میں گرم تیل میں ڈیپ فرائی کرلیں ۔
