Ingredients
Chicken mince 250 gm
Onion sliced 2
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Cumin powder ½ tsp
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Crushed red chili 1 tsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Eggs 1 to 2
Romali roti as required
Oil 2 to 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
How to make Romali Kabab

METHOD:

In a pan heat 2 to 3 tbsp oil and add 250 gm chicken mince with 2 sliced onions to fry.
When onion gets tender add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, ½ tsp cumin powder and salt to taste to suate.
Now take out in a bowl and cool it.
Now cut romali roti in squares and put filling in center and brush egg on edges and fold it.
Deep fry in preheated oil and serve.
