لہسن،ادرک پیسٹ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ تین کھانے کے چمچ
نمک۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچ

Lahori Paya banane ka tarika



ترکیب:
پائے ابال لیں ۔
پیاز کو ہلکا براؤن کر کے لہسن،ادرک کا پیسٹ ڈالیں۔
پھر تیز پات،لونگ اور دار چینی۔ہری مرچ اور تمام مصالحہ ڈال کر بھونیں۔
اور پھر پائے ڈال کر بھون لیں۔
پھر گرم پانی شامل کر لیں (اتنا جتنا آپ کوشوربہ رکھنا ہے)
تین سے پانچ گھنٹے تک ہلکی آنچ پر پکا کر اتار لیں۔
مزیدار لاہوری پایا تیار ہے۔

Pyaz ko halka brown kr k lehsun, adrak ka paste dalain phr tez pat, long aur dar cheeni, hari mirch aur tamaz masala dal kr bhonain aur phr paye dal kr bhony aur garam pani itna shamil krain jitna apko shorba rakhna hai .
40 mints halki anch per paka kr utar lain.

This definitely beats the regular paya recipe because the taste is unique and the kids love it. Paya is something that is a soft treat for kids to begin with.

Paya has been a traditional dish in my family. Whenever we sacrifice a goat or bring in goat meat, we always make sure to make lahori paya. It is both delicious and you can even drink it like a soup!
