ترکیب:

کوفتوں کے تمام اجزاءچوپ کرلیں۔
اب کوفتے بنا کر ایک گھنٹے کے لئے یفریجریٹر میں رکھ دیں۔
مصالحے کے لئے تیل گرم کرکے پیاز اور ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ بھونیں۔
باقی اجزاءشامل کرکے ٹماٹر گل جانے تک پکائیں۔
تیل کو گرم کرکے فرائی کرلیں۔ پھر گریوی میں شامل کرکے دو سے تین منٹ پکائیں۔
ڈش میںنکال کر انڈے شامل کردیں۔
ہرے دھنئے سے سجا کر سرو کریں۔
