ہری پیاز۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ باریک کٹی ہوئی 2کھانے کے چمچے

ترکیب:

فش پر نمک، ایک چائے کا چمچ کارن فلور اور سفید مرچ لگا کر تھوڑی دیر کے لئے رکھ دیں۔
چکن اسٹاک کو اُبالیں۔
نان اسٹک پین میں مکھن گرم کرکے ادرک لہسن پیسٹ ساتے کرلیں۔
اب فش شامل کرکے2-3 منٹ کے لئے فرائی کریں۔
اسٹاک اُبلنے لگے تو اس میں فش اور سویٹ کارن شامل کردیں۔
پھر فش سوس،نمک،سرکہ، سفید مرچ، ووسٹر شائر سوس شامل کرکے مزید اُبالیں۔
باقی کارن فلور تھوڑے سے پانی میں گھول کر اسٹاک میں شامل کردیں۔
گاڑھا ہونے پر چولھے سے اُتارلیں۔
ہری پیاز شامل کرکے گارلک بریڈ کے ساتھ سرو کریں۔
