چکن اسٹرپس آدھا کلو
سویا ساس دو کھانے کے چمچ
تِل کا تیل ایک چائے کا چمچ
کارن فلور ایک کھانے کا چمچ
چائنیز مشروم تین سے چار عدد
(بیمبو شوٹس ایک سے دو عدد ﴿سلائس کی ہوئی
(بے بی کارن ایک کین ﴿سلائس کی ہوئی
(ہری پیاز دو عدد ﴿سلائس کی ہوئی
(ادرک ایک انچ کا ٹکڑا ﴿کٹی ہوئی
(لہسن ایک جوا ﴿کٹا ہوا
:سوس کے لیے
ڈارک سویا سوس ایک کھانے کا چمچ
اویسٹر سوس دو کھانے کا چمچ
چینی ایک چائے کا چمچ
کارن فلور ڈیڑھ کھانے کا چمچ
پانی ایک تہائی کپ
تل کا تیل ایک چائے کا چمچ
تیل فرائی کرنے کے لیے

ترکیب:

چکن کو سویاساس، تل کا تیل اور کارن فلور سے میری نیٹ کرکے دس سے پندرہ منٹ کے لیے رکھ دیں۔

اب ایک پیالے میں ڈارک سویا سوس، اویسٹرسوس، چینی، کارن فلور، ایک تہائی کپ پانی اور تل کا تیل ڈال کر مکس کریں۔

پھر ایک پین میں تیل ڈال کر گرم کریں اور اس میں ادرک، لہسن اور ہری پیاز ڈال کر ہلکا سا فرائی کرکے نکال دیں۔

اب ہلکے سے تیل میں مشرومز، بیمبوشوٹس اور بے بی کارن ڈال کر فرائی کریں۔

پھر اس میں چکن شامل کریں۔

مکسچر میں سوس ڈال کر ملائیں اور گرم گرم سرو کریں۔
