Cheese Pakoda is an awesome recipe to enjoy during rain, at iftar time and at pleasant evenings with family. Combination of cottage cheese, turmeric, ajwain seeds and rice flour make cheese fritters pretty lovable to eat.

بیسن ۔۔ ایک کپ
اجوائن ۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچ
ہلدی ۔۔ آدھا چائے کا چمچ
پسی مرچ ۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچ
چاول کا آٹا ۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچ
سوڈا ۔۔ دو چٹکی
کاٹیج چیز ۔۔ دو پیکٹ
ہری چٹنی ۔۔ دو کھانے کے چمچ
تیل ۔۔ تلنے کے لئے

بیسن میں نمک، مرچ، ہلدی، اجوائن چاول کا آٹا سوڈا ڈال کر خوب پھینٹ لیں۔ کاٹیج چیز کے سلائس کاٹ لیں اور اس کو ہری چٹنی سے میری نیٹ کریں۔ پندرہ منٹ کے بعد پین میں ڈال کر فرائی کرلیں۔ املی کی چٹنی کے ساتھ گرما گرم پیش کریں۔

Cheese pakora is a tastier variation of standard pakora recipe. It gives amazing taste when eaten hot with tamarind chutney.

Add turmeric powder, salt, pepper, ajwain, rice flour and soda with gram flour. Make slices of cottage cheese and marinate with green chutney. Leave marinated for 15 minutes and then fry in a pan. Serve hot with chutney.

What a tasteful cheese pakora dish, I will make it tomorrow after the lunch. I had made some fried items past year but then I got busy in exams, now I am free and back to my hobbies.

There are usually cheddar cheese added in such recipes and I don't know about cottage cheese? pls tell me can we use cheddar or mozzarella ? I must cook these pakoras and I can't wait for making it . Need all ingredients and confirmation soon.

I'm lovin' it! Yeah, it looks scrumptious and delicious fritter that I can't bear waiting for it. Just going to kitchen to check which ingredients are available and which I have to go to market in order to buy .. I am gathering my cousins in the evening today and will be enjoying together..

wow it really a nice variation. I must make this pakora as cheese is very delicious and I happily add it to the recipes i make (wherever possible), not every..:) this is also a good idea to add it to pakoray , i am gonna make them this ramadan as I have started preparation 10 days ago :). I like the month of Ramadan ul mubarak
