زیرہ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچہ
دھنیا۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 4/1کپ
ہری مرچ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 2عدد
لال مرچ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 2/1چائے کا چمچہ

ترکیب:

دھنیاپودینہ ہری مرچ زیرہ نمک لال مرچ، پیاز کو گرائنڈ کر لیں اور قیمہ میں مکس کرکے چھوڑ دیں پھر پین میں ڈال کر پکائیںیہاں تک کہ قیمہ گل جائے اور پانی خشک ہوجائے۔اب 3کھانے کے چمچے تیل ڈال کر بھونیں اور کوئلہ ڈال کر دھواں لگا لیں۔

راوا پراٹھاکے لئے:
میدہ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 2کپ
سوجی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔2/1کپ
تیل۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 4کھانے کے چمچے
چینی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 3کھانے کے چمچے
نمک ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ایک چائے کا چمچہ
میدے میں تمام چیزیں ڈال کر گوندھ لیں اور پراٹھے بنا لیں۔
