آلو کے بیسنی پراٹھے

اجزاء:
آلو دو سے تین عدد
بیسن دو پیالی
آٹا ایک پیالی
نمک حسب ذائقہ
لہسن دو سے تین جوئے
پیاز ایک عدد درمیانی
کٹی لال مرچ ایک کھانے کا چمچ
ہلدی آدھا چائے کا چمچ
بناسپتی تلنے کے لیے

ترکیب:

آلو کو ابال کر چھیل کر میش کر لیں، پیاز کو باریک کاٹ لیں اور لہسن کو کچل کر رکھ لیں۔۔

کڑاہی میں دو سے تین چائے کے چمچ بناسپتی کو دو سے تین منٹ تک گرم کر کے پیاز اور لال مرچوں کو فرائی کر کے نکال لیں اور ہلکاہلکا کوٹ لیں۔۔

یس کو دوبارہ سے کڑاہی میں ڈال دیں اور لہسن ڈال کر ایک منٹ تک فرائی کریں۔۔ پھر آلو،نمک اور ہلدی شامل کر لیں۔۔ دو سے تین منٹ بھون کر اتار لیں اور اچھی طرح ٹھنڈا کر لیں۔۔

بیسن اور آٹے کو ملا کر اس میں نمک اور آلو کا بھرتہ ڈال کر اچھی طرح ہلائیں پھر یس میں حسب ضرورت پانی ڈال کر سخت سا گوندھ لیں۔۔

پیڑے بنا کر ہاتھ سے چھوٹے چھوٹے پراٹھے بیلیں اور بناسپتی میں فرائی کر لیں۔۔
