INGREDIENTS:

BOiled Potatoes 1/2 kg
Bread slIces 4
Green chilies slIced 4
Coriander chopped 1/2 bunch
Mint chopped 1/2 bunch
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Garlic slIced 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds 2 tsp
Egg lightly beaten 1-2
Oil for frying


How to make Sindhi Aloo Tikki



METHOD:

Mash the boiled potatoes.
Now mix them with coriander, mint, green chilies, cumin seeds, red chili powder, salt and garlic.
Soak 4 slices of bread in water and then gently squeeze out the water.
Mix it with potatoes and form kebabs.
Lightly dip them in beaten egg and fry.
