زعفرانی پیڑا

اجزاء:
کھویا ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 500 گرام
چینی ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ گرام
گھی ۔۔۔۔۔ 3 کھانے کے چمچے
زعفران ۔۔۔۔۔۔ 4/1 چائے کا چمچہ
فوڈ کلر (زعفرانی) ۔۔۔۔ 1 چٹکی
چاندی کا ورق ۔۔۔۔ گارنش کے لیے
زعفرانی ایسنس ۔۔۔۔۔۔ چند قطرے

ترکیب:

500 گرام اور کھویا 200 گرام چینی کو پین میں ڈال کر ہلکی آنچ پر پکائیں۔ جب مکسر گاڑھا ہوجائے توایک پیالی میں تھوڑا سا زعفران، تھوڑا سا پانی اور فوڈ کلر ڈال کر مکس کریں اور ڈال دیں۔ اس کے بعد اس میں 2 کھانے کا چمچہ گھی شامل کریں اور چولہا بند کر کے اچھی طرح گھوٹ لیں، تاکہ اس میں کوئی دانہ نارہے۔ جب یہ ٹھنڈا ہوجائے تو ہاتھ پر گھی لگائیں اور پیڑے بنالیں۔ پھرچاندی کے ورق سے گارنش کرکے سرو کریں۔
