White lentils (boiled) 250 grams
Tomato (boiled and mash) 1
Onion (finely cut) 1
Cumin seeds (roasted and crushed) 1 tsp
Green chillies (cut lengthwise) 5
Ginger (finely cut)
Fresh coriander (chopped) 1/4bunch
Salt to taste
Oil ½ cup

Method
• Heat oil in a pot, fry onions, remove
• Add lentils, green chilies, tomato, cumin and salt in the same pot, leave on dum.
