ویجیٹیبل اسٹفڈ چکن

اجزاء:
چکن بریسٹ------------ آدھا کلو
نمک----------- حسبِ ذائقہ
پسا ہوا لہسن---------- ایک کھانے کا چمچ
گاجر--------------- دو عدد
ہری پیاز------------------ دو سے تین عدد
سویا ساس------------------ دو کھانے کے چمچ
کالی مرچ-------------- پسی ہوئی ایک چائے کا چمچ

ترکیب:

چکن بریسٹ کو صاف دھو کر دس سے بارہ منٹ کےلئے فریز میں رکھیں، پھر ان کے پتلے پارچے کاٹ لیں۔
گاجر اور ہری پیاز کو چل کر لمبائی میں کاٹ کر رکھ لیں۔
پھیلے ہوئے پیالے میں نمک، لہسن ، کالی مرچ اور سویا سوس ڈال کر اچھی طرح ملائیں اور چکن کے پارچوں کو اس سے میرینیٹ کریں۔
پندرہ سے بیس منٹ کے لئے فریج میں رکھ دیں۔
پین میں ابلتے ہوئے پانی میں گاجر کو پانچ سے سات منٹ ابال کر نکال لیں اور ٹھنڈا کرلیں۔
چکن کے پارچے کو پھیلا کر رکھیں اور اسکے درمیان میں گاجر اور پیاز کو رکھ کر پارچے کو اچھی طرح رول کرلیں۔
ٹوتھ پک لگا کر بند کردیں یا دھاگہ لپیٹ دیں۔
فرائینگ پین میں کوکنگ آئل کو درمیانی آنچ پر گرم کریں اور ان رولز کو سنہری فرائی کرلیں۔
