ہری بھری چکن ود پراٹھا

اجزاء:
چکن----------------- (بون لیس) 1کلو
تیل------------------- 1.5کپ
ٹماٹر---------------------- 50گرام
کالی مرچ------------- 1.5کھانے کے چمچے
دہی------------- 1کپ
پیاز--------------------- 25گرام
ہلدی------------------ 1/2چائے کا چمچہ
دھنیا-------------- 3کھانے کے چمچے
ہری مرچ--------------------- 4عدد
ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ----------------- 1کھانے کا چمچہ
ادرک------------------- (چاپ کیا ہوا) 1ٹکڑا
گرم مصالحہ---------------- 1چائے کا چمچہ
پراٹھا------------------------- 4عدد

ترکیب:

سب سے پہلے ٹماٹر ، پیاز،لہسن،ادرک اور ہری مرچ کو بلینڈ رکرلیں۔اسکے بعد ایک پین لیں اور اس میں تیل ڈال کر گرم کرلیں اور اس میں اب چکن ڈال کر فرائی کریں اور اس میں بلینڈ کیا ہوا پیسٹ شامل کردیں اور اسکو 2سے3منٹ کے لئے فرائی کریں۔اس کے بعد ہلدی اور دہی ڈال کر تب تک پکائیں، جب تک چکن اچھی طرح پک نہ جائے، جب چکن پک جائے تو اس میں گرم مصالحہ اور کالی مرچ شامل کردیں۔پھر اسے 2سے 3منٹ کے لئے دم پر رکھ دیں۔ اب اس پر چاپ ادرک فریش دھنیا اور چاپ ہری مرچ اوپر سے چھڑک دیں۔
