Bone less chicken (small pieces) - 1 kg
cooking oil - 1.5 cup
Tomato - 50g
Black pepper - 1.5 tsp
Yogurt - 1 cup
Onion - 25g
Haldi - 1/2 tsp
Fresh Coriander (chopped) - 3 tbsp
Green Chili (chopped) - 4
Ginger, Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
Ginger (chopped) - 1 inch piece
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Salt - as per taste
How to make Hari Bhari Chicken with Black pepper Twist
METHOD:
Grind the tomato, onion, garlic, ginger and 3 green chilies. Take a pan and put cooking Oil and heat it up. Now Fry the chicken and put the paste we made in start (above) and fry it for 2-3 min. Now Put Haldi, Salt and yogurt and cook until the chicken is ready to eat. Once the chicken is cooked then put Garam masala and black pepper. Put on dum for 2-3 minutes. Now spread Chopped Ginger, Fresh Coriandor and chopped green chili on it
