1) Tomatoes 1 kg
2) Cinnamon 2 sticks
3) Cardamoms 2-3
4) Slices of bread (cut into cubes) 4
5) Corn flour (dissolved in water) 2 tbsp
6) Chicken stock 1 cup
7) Chinese salt 1 tsp
8) Chili sauce 1 tsp
9) Soya sauce 1 tsp
10) Oil 2 tsp
11) Salt and pepper to taste
METHOD:
1. Boil tomatoes with a cup of water along with cinnamon and cardamoms until soft.
2. Blend in a food processor and transfer the mixture in a pan and add seasoning, corn flour and chicken stock.
3. Bring to a boil until it becomes thick.
4. Fry bread pieces in oil and serve hot with fried bread.
I thought I''d attempt this Tomato Soup recipe. My family preferred it. I will attempt this again with certain varieties. I will layer two additional occasions finishing with the tomatoes on top.

Love this red soup. it is full of tomato nutrition and energy. It is also good for children but one concern is about its sourness. Its taste should be adjusted with other spices.
