4 cups boiled long grain rice
1 cup tomato puree
2 cups boneless chicken chunks
1 tsp crushed red chilli
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 large chopped onion
2 cloves of chopped garlic
1 small cabbage, 2 capsicums, 2 carrots, 2 green onions( chop all of them)
2 tbsp soya sauce
2 tbsp chili sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 packet boiled spegatti
2 large potatoes
oil as reqd
3 tbsp corn flour
3 - 4 green chillies
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp cream
METHOD:
heat 1/2 cup oil in a wok saute garlic and onion.
Add chicken and saute for 1 min add tomato puree and cook for 10 mins.
Add crushed chili, black and white pepper and salt and cook till done.Set aside.
Now in another pan heat oil add all vegetables salt, black pepper, soya sauce, chill sauce, Worcester sauce, and oyster sauce and cook for 5 mins till vegetables soften . set aside this mixture as well.
Cut potatoes into french fries style and toss with corn flour and place in refrigerator for 15 mins and fry till crispy.
in a bowl mix mayonnaise and cream and set aside.
Now layering process:
1st layer Rice
2nd layer : half of chicken mixture.
3rd layer: vegetables mixture
4th layer: boiled spegatti.
5th layer: french fries.
6th layer : just drizzle mayo cream mixture.
repeat first to six layers again till end , finish with last layer of rice.
At the end temper with green chilles on the top serve hot.
