مرغی کا گوشت(بغیر ہڈی کا) کلو
انڈے(پھینٹ لیں) دو عدد
تیل چھ کھانے کے چمچے
مکھن دو کھانے کے چمچے
لہسن کے جوے(کوٹ لیں) دو عدد
جھینگے(پکے ہوئے) 115گرام
پالک 115گرام
سیلری دو ڈنٹھل (باریک چوپ کر لیں)
ہری پیاز(چوپ کر لیں) چار عدد
مرغی کی یخنی کھانے کے چمچے
پیاز(باریک سلائس کر لیں) ایک عدد
تیل ڈیپ فرائنگ کے لئے
نمک اور سیاہ مرچ پاؤڈر حسب ذائقہ

ترکیب:

نوڈلز کو ابال کر ایک طرف رکھ دیں۔ مرغی کے گوشت کے باریک اسٹرپس کاٹ لیں۔ انڈوں میں نمک، سیاہ مرچ پاؤڈر شامل کر لیں۔ ایک فرائنگ پین میں مکھن پگھلا لیں اور اس میں انڈے ڈالیں اور تلتے وقت اتنا چمچہ چلائیں کہ انڈے کے چھوٹے چھوٹے ٹکڑے ہو جائیں اس کے بعد نکال کر ایک طرف رکھ دیں۔ اب کڑاہی میں تیل گرم کر یں اور اس میں لہسن اور مرغی کا گوشت ڈال کر 2-3منٹ کے لئے پکائیں۔ اس کے بعد اس میں جھینگے اور پالک کے پتے بغیر کاٹے ڈال دیں۔ ساتھ سیلری اور ہری پیاز بھی شامل کر لیں۔ اس کے بعد اس میں نوڈلز شامل کر کے ٹوژ کر لیں۔ اب اس میں یخنی، سویا سوس ڈال کر مکس کر یں۔ ایک علیحدہ کڑاہی میں تیل گرم کر یں اور اس میں پیاز ڈال کر تل لیں۔ نکال کر چھان لیں اور نوڈلز پر ڈال کر سرو کر یں۔
