Yoghurt 2 cups
Tikka botee masala 2 tablespoons
Salt to taste
Red chillies 1 teaspoon
Chat masala 2 tablespoons
Ginger garlic paste 2 tablespoons
Oil 2 tablespoons
Lemon juice 1/2 cup
Garam masala ground 1 tablespoon
How to make Tawa Chicken Wings
METHOD:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate overnight.Do not add oil.
Next day heat oven to 200 degrees C and cook in a non stick oven tray for 15 minutes turning after one side is cooked and tender.Brush with oil and lemon juice in between.
Now heat a tawa and put oil on top.Now when oil heats throw some chat masala, lemon juice and coriander leaves .Stir fry the wings for a while till they get the BBQ flavour and goodness.
Remove and serve with lemon wedges and salad with tandoori rotee.
Mint raita will add to the flavour.
