Ingredients

3 sl Iced Boneless Chicken breast
2 Onion finely sl Iced
1 Capsicum sl Iced
2 Green chilies chopped
2 tbsp Tomato paste
2 tbsp Ketchup
1 tsp Roasted and ground cumin
1 tsp Coriander seeds roasted and ground
1 tsp Chili powder
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Dry Mango powder
1/2 tsp White pepper
1 Tomato (remove seeds and cubed)
1/2 cup Oil

How to make Tawa Chicken Bharta

METHOD:

Heat ½ cup oil on a griddle, fry 2 sliced onion till light golden, add sliced chicken with 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp roasted coriander, 1 tsp roasted cumin, ½ tsp white pepper, ½ tsp dry mango powder, 2 tbsp tomato paste and 2 tbsp ketchup, fry well till chicken is done, lastly add sliced capsicum, tomato cubes, chopped green chilies, cook for 5 minutes, remove, serve garnish with coriander leaves.
