Sole fillet 4
Salt ½ tsp
Chili powder ½ tsp
Roasted and crushed cumin ½ tsp
Garlic paste ½ tsp
Curry powder ½ tsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Pinch of orange color
How to make Tandoori Sole
METHOD:
Marinate 4 sole fish fillets with ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp chili powder, roasted and crushed cumin ½ tsp, ½ tsp garlic paste, ½ tsp curry powder, 2 tbsp lemon juice and pinch of orange color for 30 minutes.
Pan fry in 2 tbsp oil for 10 minutes.
Serve with fries and tartar sauce.
