Chicken kaleji 0.5 kg

Black pepper 1 pinch
Red pepper 1 tsp
turmeric 0.5 tsp
coriander powder 1.5 tsp
zeera powder 1 tsp
garam masala powder 1 tsp
ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
lemon 1
oil 1 cup
green chillies 5-6
How to make Tandoori Kaleji
METHOD:
1- Clean the kaleji and cut into pieces. wash it thrice with luke warm water.
2- Put curd in bowl and whip it, add salt, pepper, black pepper, turmeric, corriander powder, garam masala powder, zeera powder, ginger garlic paste and lemon. Mix ingredients.
3- In another bowl, put kaleji and apply curd mixture and set aside for 1 hour.
4- In a frying pan, put kaleji and cook until dry.
5- Add oil and green chillies and fry for 5 minutes.
