250 gms dates
1 cup tamarind
1 tbIsp cumin seeds
1/2 cup jaggery,
2 tblsps red chilli powder
salt to taste

How to make Sweet Chutney

Method

Seed the dates. Soak the tamarind in one cup of water the pulp. Lightly roast the cumin seeds grind fine. Next, mix all the ingredients 1 cup of water, to obtain the desired consistency.
