• peas half kg
• 5 to 6 green chilis
• two table spoon sugar
• salt as per taste
• oil two table spoon
• half cup of water
How to make Sweet and Sour Peas

METHOD:


1. In a pan take two table spoon of oil and put peas in to oil.
2. Fry it for 2 to 3 minutes then add chilies to it.
3. Put salt and sugar and fry for 5 min add water and cook until water is evaporated and peas get cooked and serve with pharatas.
