½ kilogram Mushrooms (with stalks removed)
4 tbsp. Olive Oil or Salad Oil
2 tbsp. Vinegar (Sirka)
1 tsp. Garlic (Lehsan) (chopped)
1 tsp. Oregano
Salt (to taste)
Fresh Ground Peppers (to taste)
For Filling:
2 tbsp. Roasted Nuts (chopped)
1 tbsp. Garden Herbs (shredded)
2 Green Chillies (Hari Mirch) (seeded & chopped)
1 tbsp. Pickled Onions (chopped)
3 tbsp. Bread Crumbs (Fresh Whole Wheat)
Mushroom Liquid (to bind)

METHOD:
