لہسن----------- 8-10جوے

سویاسوس-------------- 4کھانے کے چمچے

تل کا تیل----------- ایک چائے کا چمچہ

سب سے پہلے پالک کو دھو کر صاف کرلیں۔پھر اسے کا ٹ کر ایک طرف رکھ دیں۔لہسن کے جوے اور ہری مرچوں کوایک ساتھ کوٹ لیں اور ایک طرف رکھ لیں۔اب ایک پین میں آئل ڈالیں اور تیز گرم کرلیں ۔ اب اس میں کٹی ہوئی ہری مرچیں اور لہسن شامل کریں اور اچھی طرح مکس کریں۔ جیسے ہی خوشبو آنے لگے تو اس میں پالک شامل کرلیں اور تیز آنچ پر مکس کریں۔پھر اس میں سویا سوس، لیموں کا رس، نمک،تل کا تیل شامل کریں اور اچھی طرح سے مکس کریں اور ڈش آﺅ ٹ کرلیں۔اسٹرافرائیڈ اسپنج تیار ہے
