Mutton Chops: 1 kg
Lemon Juice: 4 tbsp
Black Pepper: 1 tsp
Salt: 1 tsp
Kachri Powder: 1 tsp
How to make steamed mutton chops
METHOD:
Add lemon juice, kachri powder, salt and black pepper to mutton.
Mix well and marinate for around 2 hours.
Now cover all chops with foil paper.
Bake for 40 minutes in preheated oven at 260c.
Delicious mutton chops are ready.
Serve with raita and chutney.
