whole mutton adla: 2 pieces
red chili powder: 1 tbsp
kachri powder: 1 and a half tbsp
haldi: 1/4 tsp
oil: 1/4 cup
salt: to taste
ginger paste: 1 tbsp
garlic paste: 1 tbsp
lemon juice: 3 tbsp
dhanya powder: 2 tbsp
zeera: 2 tbsp
METHOD:
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl except oil. Now add oil and marinate for 4 to 5 hours. Now steam for 2 hours. Serve when it is ready.
