لال لوبیا دو کپ
کابلی چنے دو کپ
شملہ مرچ ایک عدد
مولی چھ عدد
ہری پیاز ایک کھانے کا چمچہ(چوپ کر لیں)
زیرہ پاؤڈر ایک چائے کا چمچہ
ٹماٹو کیچپ ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
زیتون کا تیل دو کھانے کے چمچے
سرکہ ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
لہسن کے جوے ایک عدد(کوٹ لیں)
ہاٹ پیپر سوس چائے کا چمچہ
نمک حسب ذائقہ

ترکیب:

لال لوبیا، سفید لوبیا اور چنوں کو ابال لیں اور جب گل جائیں تو پانی نتھار کر ایک پیالے میں نکال لیں۔ شملہ مرچ کے بیچ نکال کر ترچھا کاٹ لیں۔ مولی کے باریک قتلے کاٹ لیں، اب ان سبزیوں میں لوبیا، چنے، اور ہری پیاز شامل کر لیں۔ ایک پیالے میں زیرہ کیچپ، تیل، سرکہ، لہسن ڈال کر مکس کر لیں۔ اس کے بعد تھوڑا سا نمک اور ہاٹ پیپر سوس شامل کر کے اچھی طرح مکس کر لیں۔ اب اس کو لوبیا مکس پر ڈال دیں۔ 1گھنٹے کے لئے فریج میں رکھ کر ٹھنڈا کر کے سرو کر یں۔
