1 large onion, slIced finely
2 Tomatoes, skinned and chopped
3 green chink, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped Coriander Leaves
½ Teaspoon Turmeric powder Salt to taste
8 eggs
4 slIces hot Buttered toast

How to make Spiced Scrambled Egg (Akoori)


1. Melt some butter in a pan and gently fry the onions till golden.

2. Add the tomatoes, chillies, coriander leaves, turmeric and salt and fry till tomatoes are cooked.

3. Add the beaten eggs and cook on a low heat till eggs are scrambled.

4. Serve on the toast.
