• 1 lb. small new Potatoes Pomegranate seeds (optional) 1 Teaspoon Garam masala
• 1 Teaspoon Chilli powder Salt to taste
• Oil for frying
Chopped Parsley

How to make SPICED FRIED POTATOES (BHUNA ALOO)

METHOD:

Wash the potatoes but do not peel. Rub them with the pomegranate seeds if used, garam masala, chilli powder and salt. Heat some oil in a large shallow frying pan and fry the potatoes until cooked, drain well. Sprinkle with the chopped parsley and serve very hot. If preferred the potatoes can be deep fried.
