اجزاء:
1. دودھ_____ 5 کلو
2. گندم کا آٹا_____ ڈیڑھ کلو
3. چینی_____ ڈھائی کلو
4. سوہن _____1500 گرام
5. بڑی الائچی_____ 20 عدد نکلے ہوۓ دانے
6. گھی_____ آدھ کلو
7. مغز بادام_____ 100گرام
8. مغزپستہ_____ 100 گرام
9. مونگ پھلی_____ 100 گرام
10. اخروٹ _____ 100 گرام
11. اور چھوٹی الائچی کے نکلے ہوۓ دانے_____ اندازاً

ترکیب:

• 2کلو دودھ میں گندم کا ڈیڑھ کلو آٹا اچھی طرح ملا ئیں تاکہ گلٹیاں نہ بنیں

• باقی دودھ کو کڑھائی میں ڈال کر آگ پر چڑھائیں اور جب دودھ گرم ہو جاۓ تو اس میں آٹے اور دودھ کا آمیزہ شامل کریں اور ساتھ سوہن بھی ڈال دیں اور چمچہ چلاتے رہیں تا کہ دودھ نیچے لگ کر جلے نہ. دودھ پھٹنا ضروری ہے.
• دودھ کو مکمل گاڑھا ہونے تک پکائیں
• جب حلوہ گاڑھا ھو جاۓ اور پانی خشک ہو جاۓ تو اس میں چینی ڈال دیں اور چمچہ چلاتے رہیں
• چینی ڈالنے کے تھوڑی دیر بعد آدھ کلو گھی شامل کر دیں
• تقریباً 15 منٹ مزید پکائیں
• اب اس میں چھوٹی الائیچی اور بڑی الائیچی کے دانے نکال کر اچھی طرح مکس کریں
• حلوہ سخت ہو کر شیپ لینا شروع جاۓ تو حلوہ تیار ہے
اب اس میں کٹے ہوئے میوہ شامل کریں
• تھوڑی دیر میں نکل لیں
