beef: 1/2 kg
ginger garlic paste: 1 and a half tbsp
salt: to taste
vinegar: 1/2 tbsp
onion: 1
tomatoes: 2 to 3
oil: 2 tbsp
zeera: 1/2 tsp
whole red chili: 4 to 5
green chilies: as required
How to make Smoky Gosht


Boil beef with salt, vinegar and ginger garlic paste that it is tenderized.
Now heat oil in a pan, fry onion, tomatoes, and green chilies in it for 10 minutes.
now blend onion and tomatoes and add to the beef and start bhunai.
Now add all the other ingredients and cook for a while and serve.
