ٹماٹر ----------------------------- (باریک کٹے ہوئے) 2عدد
پیاز ------------------------------ (باریک کٹی ہوئی)ایک پیالی
چیڈر پنیر ------------------------- (کدوکش) 2/1پیالی
تازہ دودھ ------------------------- 2/1پیالی
پسا ہوا لہسن ادرک ----------------- ایک چائے کا چمچہ
پسی ہوئی کالی مرچ --------------- 2چائے کے چمچے
پسی ہوئی رائی -------------------- ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
وارچسٹرشائر ساس ---------------- ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
پسا ہوا گرم مصالحہ --------------- 2/1چائے کاچمچہ
ٹماٹو کیچپ ----------------------- 4کھانے کا چمچہ
نمک ----------------------------- ایک چائے کا چمچہ
تیل ------------------------------- 4/1پیالی

ترکیب:

آلو میں دودھ،ایک چائے کا چمچہ کالی مرچ اور نمک ملائیں اور پائپنگ بیگ میں بھر کر رکھ لیں۔ دیگچی میں تیل گرم کرکے پیاز سنہری کریں۔ اس میں ٹماٹر اور ادرک لہسن ڈال کر بھونیں، پھر قیمہ،کالی مرچ، رائی، وار چسٹر شائر ساس، گرم مصالحہ، ٹماٹو کیچپ اور نمک ڈال کر قیمہ گلنے تک پکائیں۔پائریکس کی ڈش میں قیمے کو پھیلائیں ، اس کے اوُپر شملہ مرچ اور پنیر کی تہہ بچھائیں۔اس کو پائپنگ بیگ میں بھرے آلو سے سجادیں۔ ڈش کو پہلے سے گرم اوون میں 180 ڈگری سینٹی گریڈ پر 15منٹ پکا کر نکال لیں۔
