Ingredients

Sweet Potato Boiled: 1 Cup
Milk: 1 Ltr
Kheer Mix: 1/2 Packet
Chopped Almonds: 1 Tbsp
Pistachios: 1 Tbsp
Silver Paper: 1

How to make Shakarkandi Ki Kheer

METHOD:

Boil or bake sweet potatoes till they become soft and tender

Mash and strain them through a sieve. Keep them aside

Bring milk to a boil in a heavy saucepan

Add mashed sweet potatoes and Kheer Mix to the pan and cook on low heat temperature for 20 minutes

Pour the mixture in a serving dish and let it cool on room temperature

Garnish with almonds and pistachios and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving
