• Carrot Shredded 2 Kg
• Milk 1 Litre
• Milk Solid(Mawa) 250 Grams
• sugar 1 cup
• kewra essence few drops
• Butter 4 tbsp
• Silver work - If required
• Dry fruits for Garnishing.
How to make Shahi Gajar ka Halwa
METHOD:
Preparation time : 10 Mints | Cook Time : 35-40 | Serves : 4-6
1- Pour Milk in a pan and cook carrot in it till milk dry
2- Then add sugar in it and mix it well
3- When water of sugar dry and milk solid and dry fruit in it and cook it well till smells comes
4- Now mix kewra essence in it and dish it out
5- Serve it with topping of milk solid, Silver work and dry fruit
