•چنے(اُبلے ہوئے) _____ 200 گرام

•زیرہ(ثابت) _____ آدھ چائے کا چمچ
•ہلدی_____ 1 چائے کا چمچ
•لال مرچ پیسی ہوئی_____ 1 کھانے کا چمچ
•دھنیا پاؤڈر_____ 1 چائے کا چمچ
•زیرہ پاؤڈر_____ 1 چائے کا چمچ
•ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ_____ 1 چائے کا چمچ
•میدہ_____ 1 کلو
•نمک_____ حسبِ ذائقہ

ترکیب:

چنے کے لئے:
ایک پین میں آئل ایک چوتھائی کپ ڈالیں، پیاز،ثابت زیرہ آدھا چائے کا چمچ ، ہلدی،ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ، لال مرچ پیسی ہوئی،دھنیا پاؤڈر،زیرہ پاؤڈر، اُبلے ہوئے چنے پانی ڈال کر ہلکی آنچ پر تین سے چار منٹ تک دم پر رکھ دیں۔
چنے تیار ہیں۔

پوری کے لئے:
ایک کلو میدہ،نمک حسبِ ذائقہ ،گھی آدھا کپ اور پانی ڈال کر گوندھ لیں۔پندرہ سے بیس منٹ کے لیے رکھ دیں۔
پھر پیڑے بنا لیں اور بیلن سے پھیلا کر پوری بنا لیں۔
اب ایک برتن میں آئل ڈال کر لائٹ براؤن ہونے تک ڈیپ فرائی کر لیں۔
