Carrot ¼ cup
Egg 2
Coriander 2 tsp
Garlic chillies 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
For Gravy:-
Oil ½ cup
Brown onion ½ cup
Salt: to taste
Tomato paste ¼ cup
Garlic/ ginger paste 1 tbsp
Cinnamon red chillies,
Coriander 1 tbsp
Together
Turmeric powder ½ tsp

How to make Potatoes with Gravy

METHOD:

Boil potatoes peel them, remove their inner pulp with a knife, so as to make their empty covers.
In these empty potatoes fill all the above ingredients and carefully fry in oil until golden brown
