چکن ٹپس فرائی

اجزاء:
مرغی کے سینے------------ 300گرام
آلو---------- (ابلے ہوئے) 4عدد
انڈے-----------------------------(پھینٹے ہوئے) 2عدد
فرنچ مسٹرڈ پیسٹ-------------------- ایک چائے کا چمچہ
پسی ہوئی کالی مرچ------------------ 2/1چائے کا چمچہ
لیموں کا رس------------------- ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
کارن فلور---------------- 2کھانے کے چمچے
اجمودہ------------------- (چوپ کیا ہوا) 4/1گڈی
پسا ہوا لہسن ادرک------------------ ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
میدہ------------------ 3کھانے کے چمچے
چیڈر پنیر--------------------- (کدوکش) 50گرام
ڈبل روٹی کا چُورہ------------- ایک پیالی
نمک--------------------- حسبِ ذائقہ
تیل------------------ تلنے کے لئے
سلاد پتے، ٹماٹر---------------- سجانے کے لئے

ترکیب:

چوپر میں مرغی کے سینے ، اجمودہ ، لہسن ادرک ، کالیمرچ، لیموں کا رس اور نمک ملا کر پیسیں اور نکال لیں۔ اس میں پنیر ، مسٹرڈ پیسٹ اور کارن فلور ملالیں۔آلوﺅں کے قتلے کاٹ لیں۔ انڈوں میں میدہ ملالیں۔آلو کے ایک قتلے پر تھوڑا سا مرغی کا آمیزہ رکھیں۔اس کے اوپر آلو کا دوسرا قتلہ رکھ دیں۔ اس عمل کو دہراتے ہوئے پورے آمیزے کو استعمال کرلیں۔ انہیں ایک ایک کرکے پہلے انڈے والے آمیزے پھر ڈبل روٹی کے چورے میں لپیٹ لیں۔ کڑاہی میں تیل گرم کریں اور چکن ٹپس تل کر نکا ل لیں۔ سرونگ ڈش کو سلاد پتوں اور ٹماٹر سے سجا ئیں اور چکن ٹپس فرائی رکھ کر پیش کریں۔
