100 grams dry plums
75 grams raisins
1 thIsp cumin seeds (powdered)
1 tblsp chilli powder
ice of 1 large lime (strain¬ed) 107
a few drops saffron essence
a few slicedouts (of your
silver or gold foil
METHOD:
Soak the plums in water for 15 minutes, and the raisins in a separate bowl of water for about 10 minutes. Drain the water from both, mix, and grind to a paste along with the cumin and chilli powder. Now mix in the lime-juice, food colouring and essence. Decorate with nuts and cover with it foil.
