اجزاء:
مرغی کا سینہ----------- 1/2کلو
دہی---------------- 1-1/2کپ
تیل-------------- 3کھانے کے چمچے
ہرا دھنیا------------- (باریک کٹا ہوا) 1/4کپ
پستہ---------------(بھنا ہوا) 1/4کپ

پستہ ٹیسٹ کے لئے:
پستہ بھنا ہوا---------------- 3/4کپ
پیاز--------------- (باریک کٹا ہوا) 1عدد
دہی------------------------ 1/3کپ
تیل------------------ 3کھانے کے چمچے
لہسن (باریک کٹے ہوئے)------------ 2جوے
لیموں کا رس---------------- 1کھانے کا چمچہ
دھنیا پاﺅڈر-------------- 1چائے کا چمچہ
زیرہ پاﺅڈر------------- 1چائے کا چمچہ
الائچی پاﺅڈر----------- 1/2چائے کا چمچہ

ترکیب:

سب سے پہلے ایک بلینڈر میں پستہ پیسٹ کے تمام اجزاءڈال کر گاڑھا پیسٹ تیار کرلیں۔ایک مسکنگ باﺅل میں چکن دال آدھی پستہ پیسٹ لگا کر 1/2گھنٹے کے لئے میرینیٹ کرکے رکھ دیں۔ اب ایک پین میں تیل ڈال کر گرم کریں اور باقی پیسٹ ڈال کر بھون لیں۔جب خوشبو آنے لگے توچکن شامل کردیں اور بھون لیں جب ایک اُبال آجائے توڈھکن سے ڈھانپ کر 15منٹ کے لئے پکا لیں۔جب چکن گل جائے تو ہرا دھنیا اور پستہ چھڑک دیں اور چاول کے ساتھ پیش کریں۔
