بیسن میں نمک،بیکنگ پاؤڈر ڈال کر پانی سے گاڑھا گھول لیں ۔دس منٹ کے بعد آئل گرم کر کے اور کسی بڑے ہول والے اسپون پربیسن ڈال کر ہاتھ سے مسلیں اور پھلکیاں بنا لیں۔فرائی کرنے کے بعد نمک والے پانی میں ڈال دیں دہی میں نمک ڈال کر مکس کریں ساتھ ہی پھلکی،ٹماٹر،آلو،پیاز ،چاٹ مصالحہ اور ساری چٹنیاں ڈال کر پیش کریں،
