اجزاء:
پسا گرم مصالحہ ١ کھانے کا چمچہ
پسی سونف 1/2کھانے کا چمچہ
پسی سو نٹھ 1 چائے کا چمچہ
کالا نمک 1/4 چائے کا چمچہ
چکی کا آٹا 3-4 کھانے کے چمچے
ہری مرچ گانش کے لیے
ہرا دھنیا گارنش کے لیے
ادرک گارنش کے لیے

ترکیب:

پائے میں گوشت اور لہسن ادرک کا پیسٹ پکائیں-
گرم تیل میں پیاز لال کر کے ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ شامل کر لیں-
اب بکرے کے پائے ڈال دیں - سا تھ ہی ادلے کا گوشت اور نلیاں شامل کر کے بھون لیں۔
پھر اس میں نمک، پیسی لال مرچ، ہلدی، پسا گرم مصا لحہ، سونف، سو نٹھ اور کالا نمک ڈال کت گوشت کو گلائیں۔
گوشت گلنے کے بعد گریوی میں شامل کر کے آٹا گھول کر ڈالیں-
ہری مرچ، ہرادھنیا، ادرک اور لیموں سے گارنش کر کے سرو کریں-
