پالک ----- آدھا کلو
مرغی کا گوشت (بون لیس) ----- دو سو پچاس گرام
کریم ---- ایک کپ
نمک ----- حسب ذالقہ
تیل ----- حسب ضرورت
لال مرچ پاؤڈر ----- آدھا چائے کا چمچ
ہلدی پاؤڈر ----- ایک چوتھائی چائے کا چمچ
گرم مصالحہ پاؤڈر ----- ایک چوتھائی چائے کا چمچ
پنیر ----- ایک سو پچاس گرام
لہسن ادرک پیسٹ ----- دو کھانے کے چمچ
دہی ----- تین کھانے کے چمچ
ترکیب:
پالک کاٹ کے دھو لیں اور نمک ملے پانی میں ابال لیں کر گرائیڈ کر کے پیسٹ بنا لیں- (پیسٹ زیادہ پتلا نہیں ہونا چاہیے) سوس پین میں تیل گرم کر کے اس میں لہسن ادرک پیسٹ ڈال کر ساتے فرائی کریں گوشت ڈال کر بھونیں نمک٬ لال مرچ پاؤڈر٬ ہلدی پاؤڈر٬ گرم مصالحہ پاؤڈر٬ دہی ڈال کر مزید دو منٹ تک فرائی کریں- اس کے بعد گوشت گلنے تک ڈھکن ڈھک کر پکائیں- گوشت گل جائے تو پنیر اور کریم شامل کر کے دو سے تین منٹ تک دم پر رکھیں- اس کے بعد سرونگ ڈش میں نکال کر گارنش کر کے گرم گرم پیش کریں-

How to Make Palak Paneer (in English)


Ingredients


  • Spinach: 1/2 kg
  • Chicken: 250 kg (boneless)
  • Cream: 1 cup
  • Salt: as per taste
  • Oil: as per taste
  • Red Chilli Powder: 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder: 1/4 tsp
  • All Spice Powder: 1/4 tsp
  • Cheese: 150 grams
  • Ginger Garlic Paste: 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt: 3 tbsp


Method


  • Wash spinach leaves and the boil in salted water. Then grind to make a medium-thick paste.
  • Heat oil in sauce pan and saute ginger garlic paste.
  • Then add meat to the pan and cook.
  • After a while add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, all spice powder, yogurt, and fry for 2 minutes.
  • Then cover the pan and cook until meat is tender.
  • Once meat is fully tenderized, add cream and cheese and cook on steam with pan covered (dam).
  • Delicious palak paneer is ready.
  • Dish out and serve garnished.
