Ingredients

Chicken 250 gram
Mushroom 12
Chicken stock 1 cup
Chilli cauce 1tsp
Soya sauce 1tsp
Corn flour 1tbsp
Sugar 1tsp
Ginger/garlic pate 4tbsp
Pakistani Chinese salt ¼ tsp
Oil 1 cup + tbsp

How to make Mushroom Chicken

METHOD:

• Marinate chicken piece with ½ tsp Pakistani chiness salt, ½ tsp sugar, salt, corn flour and 1 tsp oil and set aside.
• Heat oil in a weok; fry chicken pieces and remove
• Fry ginger/garlic in the same oil; add chicken pieces, chilli sauce, soya sauce, stock, salt and remaining sugar and Pakistani Chinese salt; cook for 5 minutes.
• Add mushrooms; cook for few minutes and remove.
